The concept “Mastermind” owes its origin to Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, published back in 1937. Drawing inspiration from the steel baron Andrew Carnegie, Hill described Mastermind as “a coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”
